Paloma Rueda Romero

Paloma is E11 Bio's Operations Lead, where she leads the operations team driving the company's scientific programs forward. A PhD biochemist, Paloma spent over a decade in Bay Area biotech and climate tech, including as Team & Project Lead at synthetic biology pioneer Zymergen, Associate Director leading Plant & Soil Science groups at Andes, and most recently Head of PMO at Windfall Bio, where she built the program management function from the ground up and helped grow the team from roughly 10 to more than 50 people. Her work has included leading a flagship methane-elimination program with the Amazon Climate Pledge Fund and Whole Foods Market across dairy farms nationwide.

Outside of work, Paloma enjoys traveling and camping in her camper van with her family, taking long walks, spending days at the beach, and sharing good food and long conversations with friends.
